Have you ever needed a form but can't find one to meet your specifications? Editio designs and creates forms and other documents tailored to Client's needs, in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel.

Clients are requested to attach a similar document so that we have a better idea how the document should look.

How to Request a Document in 9 easy steps:

  1. CLIENT completes the Document Creation Form
  2. EDITIO sends a QUOTATION to the CLIENT for payment
  3. CLIENT sends Payment to EDITIO
  4. EDITIO sends an Invoice to CLIENT for payment received
  5. EDITIO sends a draft DOCUMENT to the CLIENT for their feedback in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel
  6. CLIENT returns the corrected DOCUMENT to EDITIO for final corrections by Email
  7. EDITIO sends the final DOCUMENT to CLIENT in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel
  8. CLIENT'S request for further work needs to be made within seven (7) days by Email
  9. EDITIO signs off on the work

 

Document Creation Price:

Editio charges a Page Rate for this service. The Page Rate* commences at $100.00 per page of document.

* Per Page of Document means what can reasonably be fitted on an A4 page and Editio will determine the number of pages in your document
